Best heating and cooling service I’ve encountered

If you need heating and/or cooling services or a hot water heater replaced, I highly recommend Nathan Culp with Culp’s Heating and Cooling Solutions LLC. His phone number is (913) 549-0584. I don’t ever remember any service person that is more thorough that wants to do a job right than Nathan Culp with Culp’s Heating and Cooling Solutions LLC. Finding a service person with this high of integrity is very rare. I own a duplex and Nathan put in a hot water heater on one side and found the reason the carbon monoxide alarm went off—the person who installed the radon mitigation system smashed a vent on top of the roof, which he fixed. While there, he noticed that the furnace was not sealed correctly so he fixed that too. About a month later I had Nathan out to check both air conditioner units on a duplex I own. He showed me some wiring issues outside on both units! One wire had melted and was in danger of shorting out the a/c unit and on the other side a mouse had gotten inside the outdoor a/c unit and chewed a wire causing a potential fire hazard! He changed the air filters and showed me how the person that installed the humidifier on the furnace had installed it incorrectly so I was only getting use of 2/3 of my humidifier filter. He showed me how he could fix it so it would work better. I asked him why they didn’t put it in correctly when they installed it and he said, “because many people want to just hustle through a job and not do it the right way so they can get done faster, or perhaps their boss is riding them to get a certain quota of jobs done per day”. Then he said, “I like to do things right, because it’s the right thing to do. I want my customers to be happy and call me in the future whenever they need service or a check up on their equipment”. My fiancé, who is a mechanical engineer, had a different heating and cooling company service his air conditioner, but after seeing Nathan’s superb work, decided to have him check over his a/c unit. Nathan found a bunch of debris that the other company failed to flush out and more faulty wiring on his unit too. Even though it was getting late, Nathan brought out a bright light and worked tirelessly until it was all fixed correctly. Now all our air conditioners are running great. Culp’s Heating and Cooling Solutions LLC may not be the cheapest service around, but because he is so thorough you will definitely get your money’s worth!!! Nathan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but because of the outstanding service I received, I felt Culp’s Heating and Cooling Solutions really earned a 5 star excellent review!
