JEFFREY A. WALD, M.D.
Dr. Wald grew up in a family of physicians. His father, both uncles, and brother were all physicians, each with a different specialty. Dr. Wald chose to specialize in allergy because of the emphasis on prevention, and because it was the 1 specialty where he could see both children and adults. Dr. Wald has works closely with area schools. He’s been personally responsible for getting peak flow meters and adrenaline injectors into several local school districts. He has given numerous talks to school nurses, and was the “Ask the Allergist” expert for the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America for 6 years. Outside of the office, Dr. Wald can often be found spending time with his wife and their 2 dogs. He enjoys scuba diving, his neighborhood book club, collecting wine, and visiting with his children and grandchildren.
