$119 per hour to auger any drain up to 100' providing it has an accessible clean out. Most residential drains do not exceed an hour. However, if your drain cleaning does exceed an hour, we will bread down the $119 charge into 15 minute increments. First hour is not pro-rated, one-hour minimum.

Standard installation includes swapping out an existing unit and replacing it with a unit of the same size. Standard installation does not include modifications of gas or water lines. Water heater must be accessible, not located in an enclosed space, closet, or in direct proximity to other appliances/HVAC. During a sewer inspection, we will run a sewer camera inside the main sewer line of the property out towards the city main. We are able to view any existing issues within the line, as well as show them to the customer on the screen. Our cameras have the capacity to precisely locate problem areas and depth, so that a bid for repairs may be provided. We can also run camera services for general knowledge and real estate transactions for peace of mind. *Ask the dispatcher about the option to record you footage to a flash drive! This portion must be arranged while scheduling your appointment.
